- What is an AI coaching platform?

- Can AI replace a human coach?
- No. CoachBot AI works in the hours between sessions: reflection, preparation, accountability. The coaching relationship stays with you, and sensitive topics are handed back to you.

- Where is my data hosted?
- CoachBot is hosted within the EU. Data residency is European by default. GDPR and EU AI Act aligned. No external model training on your data.
- Can I use my own AI model?
- Yes. BYOK (Bring Your Own API Key) is available on request, allowing you to plug in your preferred LLM while keeping data within your own perimeter.
- What happens to my client's conversation data?
- Coachees control what gets shared with their coach or HR. Nothing is shared without their explicit consent. Aggregate analytics are available to program administrators without exposing individual conversations.
